Tess General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company Tess (hereinafter "Tess" or "we") and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer" or "you") wishing to make a purchase on the website [Your_Website_Address.com] (hereinafter "the Site").

1. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Tess to the Customer.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, within the limits of available stock. Tess endeavors to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur. The photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractual.

3. Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Tess reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Order
To place an order, the Customer must follow the navigation steps on the Site. Validation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.

5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the Site. The order will only be processed after payment validation.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and are given for information purposes only. In case of delay, Tess cannot be held responsible. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are specified before order validation.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

8. Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

9. Liability
Tess cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of Tess and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and patents. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is strictly prohibited, unless prior written authorization from Tess.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
